  This is not the greatest opticians around. They are always pushing sales and trying to get you to buy the more expensive products such as the high end contact lenses. Every check up they try to get you to buy a new pair of glasses, even if your prescription has not changed. That makes no sense!
  Their eye drops are over priced compared to regular eye drops with the same ingredients so don't buy them from here.
  Also, they do not take card payments under £20, how weird for such a large chain company, finally you can forget a reciept. All sounds dodgy to me..
  Boots; check your shrinkage! And check what these guys are selling, because something is dodgy.

  Absolutely appalling attitude and behaviour. The manager who goes by the name Jay called me and tried to pressurise me into paying for a eye test and then a contact lense assessment. I wanted to make use of the boots free contact lense assessment offer. But jay had other ideas. All I can say is this was blatant pressure selling tactic and abuse of patient contact details.
